Personally not. But on our subreddit there's a guy called NeoreactionSafe who was very into him, IRC. You can PM him yourself or if making an account on reddit is too much of a bother, I can forward him your inquiries.
I am somewhat familiar with the works of the late Rene Girard, by no means a scholar though.
As far as reddit is concerned, there is the now defunct r/mimetic, the last submission was about a year ago. The subreddit, I believe, was maintained by young scholar looking at the intersection where philosophy and mimetic theory converge. His personal blog is also defunct.
